STEP 3: COMMENCE COACHING
We’ll start our coaching sessions via an online meeting technology or via phone (again, whatever is better for you!). In each meeting we will introduce new elements for “right-away” application, go over any homework from previous sessions, and then agree on an ACTION PLAN. Between meetings you’ll complete tasks to apply to your plan – and you have unlimited access (EVERY DAY IF NEEDED) to me as your coach via phone, ZOOM or email for 6 straight months!!
